Hmmm well I've got this TV video card for my pc (no room for a TV). Today I hooked up my xbox to it. It works it's just that I feel like there's a lag between my controller and the screen movements. I don't suppose there's a way to adjust this?

That's pretty interesting, because there shouldn't be any unless the TV system buffers frames (and why would it do that, I don't know). Maybe your TV software has an option to change the mode it renders TV in, if so one of the modes should be Overlay, try using that, and try disabling video capture if you can somehow. If not, you can try contacting your TV card vendor and tell them about this ? they'll know what you mean immediately, and will tell you how to fix it if possible with that card.
If you can't fix it whatsoever, you can use a VGA box for the Xbox and plug your screen and speakers directly to it.
Hope this helps

Wise dude! 4Chan won't work for me!! I can view the main page 4chan.org plus the threads too, but I can't get into the threads and see teh pics! It says that it can't be found, and I should check the name and try again. In IE, it's simply not viewable (the page cannot be displayed) and it works for Xel, we just checked it... =/ So what to do? Yesterday I could view it, in teh evening yesterday and now I can't. And nothing happened, the PC was offline too, and bro haven't came home either, no changes were made on my dear... I hope you can help...
Oh! one more thing, yesterday when I browsed it, it was crappy slow, an image loaded for like 2-3 mins...

Try again tomorrow, and compare to other sites speed. Maybe your ISP is having trouble or doing maintenance, in which case it should be fixed in a couple days at much.
If it doesn't work in MSIE, which is basically optionless regarding to images and HTTP, not much can be done. But try to identify other websites you can access the pics from.
